Hi Everyone!

Today’s project share is a Diamond Fold card. I love sending unique Christmas cards and this one is at the top of my list and it is quick and easy to make.20161119_161453038_ios

I decorated the front of the card with some Christmas chipboard embellishments, sequins, a snowflake and bow.

The card extends out for space for a message and I added a pocket so you could add a tag and a gift card.

It’s Getting Chilly Christmas Card

| card making, craft your passion, Design Team

Hi Friends!

I am back with another Design Team project for Craft Your Passion! This week’s sponsor is Sasayaki Glitter and the image I used was Winter Peggy.

20161127_170443124_ios

The size of this card is 5 1/2 x 4 1/4. I used a corrugated card base and layered on white paper that I added a lace edge to. I colored the image up using my Copics and Spectrum Noirs and I pop dotted it onto my card base. I added some tulle, lace ribbon and snowflakes for embellishment.

I hope you enjoyed my project! There is still time for you to link up your project here:

We are having so much fun! Double Slider Card

| card making, Christmas, Dimensional Card, greeting cards, Tutorial

HI Friends!

Today’s project share is a Christmas Double Slider Card! I have been wanting to make one of these cards for what seems like forever but I have been so intimidated by the tutorials I have seen. They all just seemed so confusing.

Well, not anymore. I figured it out and I created my own tutorial!

First, here is my first double slider card!

ADORABLE, right??!! I love how it came out and I added a little pocket for a gift card. This pic does not show the card fully open so to see the fully opened card make sure to watch the tutorial below!

Here is the tutorial so you can make your own:

It’s Good to be Queen Wall Decor

| craft your passion, crafty gal, Wall Decor

Hi Friends!

Today’s post is my Craft Your Passion Design Team Project and I am soo in love with it! Our sponsor this week was Rick St. Dennis and I think his images are fabulous. The image I used is Queen of Hearts Hat Digi.

I love this image so much I decided to create wall decor that i could put up in my craft room! I created my wall decor on 8 1/2 x 11 chipboard.

20161030_185231697_ios

I layered Anna Griffin paper for my background and pop dotted the image for extra dimension. I added a black ribbon and tulle at the top so I could hang my project and also added a cluster of roses at the top.

20161030_170344493_ios

I added tufts of black tulle and soft pink rosette trim at the bottom.

20161030_170659484_ios

Instead of coloring up my image with my Copics and Spectrum Noirs, I decided to add color in Photoshop and then print my image. I love how it came out! I also added the sentiment at the bottom in Photoshop.

I know this project was a bit different for me but I hope you liked it!

Christmas Explosion Box

| Christmas, explosion box, Holiday

Hi Friends!

Today’s project share is a Christmas Explosion Box! I know I have said this before but I’ll say it again…I LOVE explosion boxes! They are so much fun and if you want to start gifting memories this is the easiest way to do it!

20161027_003622737_ios

This explosion box is 4 x 4 inches when closed. I decorated it up just like a little present. I made a bow out of a gorgeous Poinsettia wire ribbon and a red and gold ribbon trim. I then add two Poinsettia’s to the top and a tag. 20161027_003716911_ios

The paper collection i used is Olde Time Christmas by Craft Smith and it is just gorgeous!20161027_003737644_ios

I added a small Christmas tree with a string of lights in the center and it is surrounded by gifts.
20161027_003750779_ios

There is one large gift in the center that is 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 inches and it opens where a small gift can be added. I also added a Merry Christmas sentiment and an ornament embellishment. 20161027_003811624_ios

There are three layers to this explosion box and I added an additional four flaps for additional journaling or for messages.

These boxes come together so quickly and they are small enough to add pictures and notes quickly. They are the perfect way to gift memories.

I hope you enjoyed my project.

Thanks for stopping by!

Halloween Loaded Envelopes

| Halloween, Holiday, Loaded Envelope

Hi Friends!

Today’s project share are Halloween Loaded Envelopes. I love to mail my nieces and nephews goodies each holiday and this year I packed up these envelopes with a bunch of Halloween goodies and snacks.

Each bag is assembled pretty much the same way and I included similar embellishments. I added different designer paper for each so they would be just a bit different.

20161016_165241392_ios 20161016_165230219_ios 20161016_165217229_ios 20161016_165020304_ios 20161016_165006674_ios 20161016_165303294_ios 20161016_165249529_ios

If you want to see a walk through of what I included and how stuffed they were BEFORE I added the goodies, you can see that here:
