Sew Crafty

| crafty gal, crafty mom, Cricut Explore, Graphic 45, Sewing, Sisterhood of the Snarky Stampers

Hello Friends!

I’m back with an adorable mini sewing machine!!! I just can’t get over how cute it is and love that it also has a little box on the bottom where you can add goodies or small items.

The sewing machine is actually an SVG from the Cutting Cafe called the Sewing Machine Kit and you can find it here.

The paper collection I used is from Graphic 45- Time to Celebrate. It is an older collection but is just gorgeous.

I embellished my little machine with dimensional pearl pop dots, a rosette embellishment, thread and tulle.

I thought this sewing machine would be perfect for the “R is for Rip” challenge over at the Sisterhood of the Snarky Stampers. I immediately thought of sewing when I read rip… well okay maybe it was my second thought lol.

You can find the Sisterhood of the Snarky Stampers here.

I hope you enjoyed my project & thanks for stopping by!

Valentine’s Day Envelope Pop Holders

| Close To My Heart, Cricut Explore, Envelope Pop Holders, Heart, Heart Broken Designs, Lollipop, Valentine, Valentine Goodies, Valentine's Day

Hi Everyone!

I hope you are having a wonderful Valentine’s Day! My project share today are envelope pop holders I made for Valentine’s Day!

These are super easy to make and they came out really cute!

I used my envelope punch board to make the small envelopes and used size 2 1/2 x 3, with the paper size being 5 x 5.

Most of the paper I used was from My Mind’s Eye- Lost & Found Heirloom 6×6 paper pad. I did make a few of the envelopes from other 6×6 paper pads.

You can see my video here:

I hope you enjoyed my project & thanks for stopping by!

Holy haberdashery, Batman!

| Close To My Heart, craft your passion, Cricut Explore, CTMH, Georgie Paper, Heart Broken Designs, Workshops on the Go

This is my first Design Team Project for Craft Your Passion and I am super excited! Today’s project share is a paper bag card for my nephew who turns 4 on January 10th. He loves Batman so that is the theme for his card.

I know he won’t remember old school Batman and Robin with their sayings but I couldn’t help myself with the title!

This is a paper bag card so I am going to fill the paper bag opening side with temporary Batman tattoos.

The paper collection I used is the Georgia Paper Pack from Close to My Heart. The image is from Digital Delights and is called Bat Brian.

I uploaded the image to my Cricut Explore to cut and then colored it with my Spectrum Noir Markers. I did add Wink of Stella for some shimmer and added some Enamel Gems to the cover. On the mini tag on the inside I added a bit of Extra Thick Twine in Glacier.

You can get the Workshops on the Go/Georgie Paper Pack here:

If you would like to see a preview of Workshop on the Go Georgie Paper Pack you can see it here:

Floral Box Card

| Close To My Heart, Cricut Explore, CTMH, Heart Broken Designs, SVG Cuts

Today’s project share is the Floral Box Card from SVG Cuts. I just love box cards and love how easily these go together. You can use any paper that you would like and it all goes together perfectly.
I made this Floral Box Card a Thank You card but it would also be great for Mother’s Day or a Just Thinking of You card as well.

The best thing about box cards is that they lay flat and fit right into an envelope for mailing but are dimensional when opened!

I cut this SVG with my Cricut Explore. You can find the SVG for this box card at SVG Cuts here-

The stamp I used was the “Just To Say…” from the Artfully Sent Cricut Collection (Z3168) and I used CTMH Cocoa from the Basics Exclusive Inks/Mini Pigment Pads Set (Z2503).

I hope you enjoyed my project.

Thanks for stopping by!

Paper-craft Love

| Cricut Explore, SVG Cuts, Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine’s Day! I love holidays but especially Valentine’s Day. I am a true romantic at heart, I cry at sappy movies, I love hearts and glitter and I especially love being swept off my feet.

This year my Valentine’s are made from all the paper-craft love I could muster. I made box cards for family,  treats for work and of course something for my honey.

First up, I made the  Hearts for Days box card from SVG Cuts with my Cricut Explore. This is one of my favorite box cards and goes together so easily.

Next, I made the Lollipop Garden also from SVG Cuts. Each tulip has a Blow Pop for a total of 9 sweet treats!

I also made these cute lollipop holders from the Silhouette store.

I hope you have a great Valentine’s Day and thanks for stopping by!
