I am back with another project for the Sisterhood of the Snarky Stampers. The challenge this time is N is for No.
I couldn’t help but bring the snark with the housewives graphics. I made a tiny box card that measures 5 in by 4 inches when flat. All of my images are approx. 2 inches wide.
I am just loving the punch of snark on this tiny card.
If you want to play along with this challenge, check out the Sisterhood of the Snarky Stampers website here.
I hope you enjoyed my project & thanks for stopping by!
Today I am sharing the Christmas Cards I made for friends and family this year. Since we are not visiting anyone still because of the pandemic, I wanted to make sure I sent some extra special, full of love cards this year.
I used the Olde Time Christmas 12×12 designer paper pad from Craft Smith. I am pretty sure this is a Michael’s paper pad. I cannot tell you for sure how old it is because I have been trying not to buy any new paper pads until I finish the ones I have so this may be a little older. I don’t know if it’s a pack you can still buy or not.
All of my cards 6 1/4 x 4 1/2 and some are horizontal and some are vertical, it really just depended on the front decorations.
I am going to start with all the Santa cards!
I fussy cut some of the Santa’s from the paper pack and pop dotted them on the front for extra dimension.
Next up are the tag cards. All of these embellishments were cut from tags or cut aparts in the paper collection.
I have a few Poinsettia cards that are both vertical and horizontal.
I made a total of 14 cards but one of them was an exact duplicate so I didn’t add it here. I also used the Colorbox Chestnut Brush pad to go around all of the paper to get rid of the white and to add more dimension.
And finally, all of the insides of the cards have a Pop Up Poinsettia box! The paper is different on each one to match the outside but they all basically look like this.
I added Gold Glitter Spray on all of the Poinsettia’s before I added them to the cards. You cannot really see it here but it looks really sparkly.
I cut each of the Poinsettia’s out on my Silhouette Cameo and then switched to my Cricut Maker half way through. My Cameo started cutting incorrectly midpoint and I now have to trouble shoot to fix it…big time bummer.
I thought I made enough cards for everyone I wanted to send them to but ended up not having enough! But I definitely did not want to cut anymore poinsettias so unfortunately had to cut a few folks from the list.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed all of my cards!
Wishing you a wonderful holiday season & Happy New Year!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend! We spent time outside beautifying our yard…meaning I forgot to water my plants and they were desperately in need of water! LOL. My grandmother had a green thumb, I am hoping to get there someday, my struggle is over watering and under watering.
But I don’t have a crafting struggle!!! I am back to today with a Mason Jar Box Card that I made a birthday card.
Most of the design is from the Silhouette Design Store – Mason Jar Bouquet Box Card. I did add extra paper flowers that I had in my stash. I think they are flowers from Cricut Design Space.
I also add a tiny tag holder and stamped Happy Birthday on it. This is where I added space for a message.
I added some pearl accents, twine and a leaf ribbon for decoration. I also stitched the front of the jar with my sewing machine.
I hope you enjoyed my project and thanks for stopping by!
Hi Everyone, I started working on Father’s Day cards and love this little box card that is a tool box from SVGCuts.
I used my Anna Griffin Minc to silver foil the tools and I think they came out so cute.
I have even decided to personalize this little card by adding a name to the top of the tool box. I won’t add the personalized tool box here because it is still a surprise!
On the back is a space for a message and I add a tiny Handmade stamp. Both stamps I used are from CTMH. Do you want a little tool box card? I am still taking orders until the end of this week! Thanks for stopping by!
