I am back with another project for the Sisterhood of the Snarky Stampers. The challenge this time is N is for No.
I couldn’t help but bring the snark with the housewives graphics. I made a tiny box card that measures 5 in by 4 inches when flat. All of my images are approx. 2 inches wide.
I am just loving the punch of snark on this tiny card.
If you want to play along with this challenge, check out the Sisterhood of the Snarky Stampers website here.
I hope you enjoyed my project & thanks for stopping by!
Today I have another Birthday card to share with you that I made from the cupcakes I colored from the 30 Day Coloring Challenge.
If you are looking for cupcakes 5- 10, they don’t have cards yet! I jumped straight to cupcake 11.
For this birthday card I made a Swing Easel Card. I used the Colorado Craft Company, Sweet Friend Cupcake stamp for this card, in case you’ve missed some of my other posts.
For the sentiment I used the My Favorite Things, Sassy Pants Best Friends stamp. The paper I used is a Maggie Holmes paper collection that doesn’t seem to have a collection name? It’s an older collection though.
I added some sequins and a bow for some simple embellishing.
Thanks so much for stopping by!

Today I am sharing the Christmas Cards I made for friends and family this year. Since we are not visiting anyone still because of the pandemic, I wanted to make sure I sent some extra special, full of love cards this year.
I used the Olde Time Christmas 12×12 designer paper pad from Craft Smith. I am pretty sure this is a Michael’s paper pad. I cannot tell you for sure how old it is because I have been trying not to buy any new paper pads until I finish the ones I have so this may be a little older. I don’t know if it’s a pack you can still buy or not.
All of my cards 6 1/4 x 4 1/2 and some are horizontal and some are vertical, it really just depended on the front decorations.
I am going to start with all the Santa cards!
I fussy cut some of the Santa’s from the paper pack and pop dotted them on the front for extra dimension.
Next up are the tag cards. All of these embellishments were cut from tags or cut aparts in the paper collection.
I have a few Poinsettia cards that are both vertical and horizontal.
I made a total of 14 cards but one of them was an exact duplicate so I didn’t add it here. I also used the Colorbox Chestnut Brush pad to go around all of the paper to get rid of the white and to add more dimension.
And finally, all of the insides of the cards have a Pop Up Poinsettia box! The paper is different on each one to match the outside but they all basically look like this.
I added Gold Glitter Spray on all of the Poinsettia’s before I added them to the cards. You cannot really see it here but it looks really sparkly.
I cut each of the Poinsettia’s out on my Silhouette Cameo and then switched to my Cricut Maker half way through. My Cameo started cutting incorrectly midpoint and I now have to trouble shoot to fix it…big time bummer.
I thought I made enough cards for everyone I wanted to send them to but ended up not having enough! But I definitely did not want to cut anymore poinsettias so unfortunately had to cut a few folks from the list.
Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed all of my cards!
Wishing you a wonderful holiday season & Happy New Year!
I am back today with my first Halloween project of the season. I have been wanting to make some Halloween projects but hadn’t found much time. However, the Sisterhood of the Snarky Stampers inspired me to get a move on.
This week’s challenge is H is for Pink Halloween! You can find all their challenges here.
So here we go! I whipped up this adorbs witches boot from Lori Whitlock. I got the file in the Silhouette store.
It’s not nearly as much pink as I normally would have liked but I love this paper. And the little bat ears have just the right amount of pink.
The collection is one of my own, Spooktacular Halloween. I embellished the shoelaces with a little witch’s broom. These are actually little broom sticks I bought for my sister’s Harry Potter baby shower repurposed for the perfect boot charm.
This boot is super cute. I added some ruffled crepe paper, light purple tulle and little bats to the inside. I also have a gold clothespin holding the word Spooky to the boot. That’s it for my embellishments!
I hope you enjoyed my project & thanks so much for stopping by!
I hope you had a wonderful weekend! We spent time outside beautifying our yard…meaning I forgot to water my plants and they were desperately in need of water! LOL. My grandmother had a green thumb, I am hoping to get there someday, my struggle is over watering and under watering.
But I don’t have a crafting struggle!!! I am back to today with a Mason Jar Box Card that I made a birthday card.
Most of the design is from the Silhouette Design Store – Mason Jar Bouquet Box Card. I did add extra paper flowers that I had in my stash. I think they are flowers from Cricut Design Space.
I also add a tiny tag holder and stamped Happy Birthday on it. This is where I added space for a message.
I added some pearl accents, twine and a leaf ribbon for decoration. I also stitched the front of the jar with my sewing machine.
I hope you enjoyed my project and thanks for stopping by!
Today I have my Day 6 cupcake project to share with you. You may be wondering, where is Day 5? Well, I actually haven’t finished that card yet! It’s in progress so will be coming soon.
I found that even though I colored the cupcakes in a certain order that my projects may be happening out of order!
Instead of cutting out my cupcake, this time I just colored the background with a blue caliart alcohol marker to make a super quick birthday card. Then I added some glossy accents to the strawberry, wink of stella and sequins!
I finished up with a blue rectangle with a vellum overlay for the sentiment.
As a reminder, I used the Colorado Craft Company Big & Bold: Sweet Friend Cupcake for all 30 days of the coloring challenge and I paired it with sentiments from My Favorite Things Sugar-Coated Sentiments clear stamp set. I think this two stamps pair perfectly!
I hope you enjoyed my project & thanks for stopping by!
Happy Sunday! If you are not following me on Instagram then you may have missed all 30 of my cupcakes. That’s right, I colored cupcakes for all 30 days!!!
And while it was fun and I loved using my alcohol markers (I have a mix of Spectrum Noir, Caliart, Promarker and Copics) as much as I did, I am glad it is over.
Here you can see all of my cupcakes!
Right now I am working through all of my projects with these cupcakes. Some are going to be cards and a few I have my eye on for a birthday banner. I’ll continue to share my finished projects here…but it’s going to take me awhile!
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Comments Off on 30 Day Coloring Challenge: ALL 30 Days!!
One more blog post today. This one has both my Day 4 coloring and completed card and ALL my coloring up to day 12.
First up, here is my day 4 card.
I love this little card! It measures 4 1/2 x 4. This is still the same stamp from Colorado Craft Company/My Sweet Friend but this time I stamped the bottom only and then drew the rest of the cupcake on the top.
I think this sentiment goes perfectly with this little cupcake or really muffin…lol. I also used a We R Memory Keepers star embossing folder to create the background.
Now here are all my cupcakes from Day 5 to today, Day 12!!! Cards will be coming soon!
Day 5
Day 6
Day 7
Day 8
Day 9
Day 10& Day 11
For Day 10 & 11, I used the exact same colors. When I compare my chocolate frosting to Day 2, I am amazed at the difference. I really like how both Day 10 & 11 came out. Sometimes I think the strawberry looks better on 10 and the frosting looks better on 11 but then I swap. I don’t really know which I like better! But I can tell my coloring got better.
Day 12
And here we are at Day 12! I really liked the chocolate frosting so I decided to go back to yellow for some lemon frosting and really focused on shading. What do you think?
I think my strawberry and even the cupcake liner are way better on this last version also.
I have 18 more cupcakes to go! I cannot wait to see how my coloring looks by Day 30.
